Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Carrier Liability

However, once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ButterLuxe Co. cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses that occur during transit. Any issues related to delayed or lost packages should be directed to the shipping carrier. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will make every effort to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Please note that ButterLuxe Co. is not liable for any shipping carrier delays or losses and refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- ButterLuxe Co. is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to ButterLuxe Co. due to being undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective items. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
