How do I store my spreads and treats?
Keep in the pantry.
Refrigeration makes the texture fudgier.
What's the shelf life?
One month once opened, six months unopened.
Why is there oil on top of my peanut butter?
Oil separation is normal for natural peanut butter, We recommend giving it a really good stir! Storing your jars upside down will minimise this separation.
Where can I find nutritional information?
Nutritional information is available on each product page.
Are your products gluten free?
While some of our products do not contain any added ingredients that include gluten, the peanut butters are all made on the same production line. We cannot certify gluten free on any peanut butter as a result.
What if there’s a problem with my product when it arrives?
- Damaged jar: Email within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement.
- Didn’t love the flavour: Swaps available, although shipping may apply.
- Wrong or missing order: Contact us with your order number and we’ll make it right.
- Returns: Opened jars cannot be returned, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our online store. Simply select your favourite spreads, add them to your cart, and checkout securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, email us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has been packed or shipped, we can’t make changes.
How long until my order is sent out?
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of being received. We ship every Tuesday and Thursday.
What are delivery times?
Determined by our carriers. NZ Post for domestic orders, DHL Express or
NZ Post/Australia Post for international orders.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to selected international locations. We use NZ Post for domestic orders, and DHL Express or NZ Post/Australia Post for international orders.
Do you offer pre-orders or samples?
Not at this stage.
