At ButterLuxe Co., we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective items. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Resolution: Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will either send you a replacement product or process a refund.
Incorrect Orders
- If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Processing Time: If a refund is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- All perishable goods such as food items (e.g., spreads, butters, soup cubes) cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: In cases where a return is approved due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@butterluxeco.com.
